MISSION
 In its mission, the Company seeks to maintain the position of the Mielec manufacturing center as Poland's leader in aviation business, with a strong and stable market presence among East/Central European aircraft producers.
One of the corporate priorities is to increase the share of international aviation-related co-operation programs in the overall portfolio, side by side with the world's leaders in the industry.
The Company's main strategic objective is to develop products of its own design and their introduction onto various markets of the world, while working hard to earn the reputation of a recognized quality supplier of components and assys for the major aviation consortiums, winning new certifications and contracts.
